All our coffee is sourced directly from Ethiopia, primarily the highlands of Sidama, as well as other renowned coffee regions.

We employ scientific rigor in our quality control. All specialty lots are meticulously processed, tested, and cupped according to specialty coffee industry standards. We provide transparent documentation, including cupping scores and origin details, to ensure you know the precise quality and profile of your purchase.
